The local Git issue was isolated to corrupt packfiles in the working checkout. A clean clone was used to commit and push the production source, then the correct Volare Vercel project was redeployed and verified live. The webinar workbook reminder remains live in the day-before email/SMS flow and GHL registration/messaging passed post-deploy verification.

Andrea asked for the workbook to go out the day before every webinar. The 24-hour attendee email and SMS reminder now include the attendee workbook link. website update is ready and GHL registration/messaging was verified end-to-end with UTM/contact sync, GHL-owned scheduled messaging, conversation readback 200, and zero cleanup leftovers.

Live Volare production QA completed on 2026-06-11. Deployed fixed the clinician Groups refetch loop found during the browser sweep. GitHub CI 27364609224 passed, Vercel deployment dpl_J1RCYWpVfiSpCCChAfaUidRG7bUa is Ready on www.volarecounseling.com, and final browser marker codex-uiux-mq9rjc1v passed. Current checks also passed for CMS scheduling, role/API guards, admin/clinician edit reflection, client booking/calendar readback, clinician profile edge cases, client onboarding with GHL readback, branded reset email, GHL webinar/UTM/email/SMS readback, GHL scheduled write acceptance, Stripe VIP, workbook, and membership/account revenue paths. Test cleanup checks are clean. Telegram group update remains blocked on this Mac by a missing local bot token; email and text were sent to Andrea.

Production is updated and verified. GitHub commits d6593cc/12339c2 are on main, GitHub Actions passed, Vercel deployment dpl_F6p8nG3jLbL3xRvHtLox1DSXFLNt is Ready on www.volarecounseling.com, CMS scheduling cron proof passed with cleanup zero, and the live browser UI/UX suite passed across public, client, clinician, and admin flows including admin-to-frontend webinar reflection, GHL-synced webinar registration, clinician profile public reflection, admin content approve/publish, admin client edit, and admin export/audit. Production /calendar now uses live CMS data and no longer shows stale static content to unauthenticated users.

Addressed Andrea's latest scheduling question. The client portal no longer routes primary booking through the external widget: clients can now book from their matched clinician's published availability inside the portal. The sessions API validates matched clinician, future time, availability window, and no overlap. The same booked session appears through the client session readback and clinician schedule readback. Live QA marker codex-client-booking-mq9ngiya passed in production and cleaned up the temporary session/availability rows. Remaining note: external Google/GHL calendar sync is separate if Andrea wants that beyond the Volare portal calendars.
